Visiting your home during Covid -19 pandemic:
We will try to help remotely with your enquiry as much as we can, but in our line of work there is situations where a home visit will still be necessary.
In the interest of safety, you will be kindly asked to comply with the following code of conduct:
Please make sure the premisses subject to survey, are left to air out for at least 1 hour prior visit and air circulation is maintained for the duration of the visit.
We will arrange a convenient time for the visit, please make sure the time is picked when the property (premisses) are at least occupied to keep contact to a minimum.

Please note, Personal Protection equipment is a last line of defence, therefore if you notice a change in conditions that might affect the safe conduct of the home visit please notify us immediately and we will reschedule the appointment.

Please note , our front staff is instructed to keep the visit inside the property down to the necesery minimum.Once done , you might be asked to continue the conversation outside the property.
